Under EU rules, you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team. The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
